We respect your time and patronage but kindly ask that no additional guests be brought to your service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require a 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 rebooking fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Can I bring my kids with me to my appointment?

Due to our use of chemicals and hot tools, we ask that only children who have an appointment visit our salon. For your convenience, we will ask to reschedule if you could not find child care during your appointment.
